Welcome to our first QPS Realty Property Management Newsletter. We hope that you find it informative and helpful.

First off some facts that you may not know about QPS Realty.
Queensland Property Sales was founded by Malcolm (Rick) O’Shea, approximately 20 years ago, when he was approached by military friends about how to invest in residential property. QPS Investment Group (now our parent company) was formed approximately 10 years ago, by Malcolm (Rick) O’Shea and Daren Stevens.
QPS Investment Group has always had one main goal and that is to;
To provide property investment advice and sales to our clients at the highest levels of integrity. To provide a professional sales team to market properties for QPS.
Once the clients of QPS Investment Group had purchased their investment properties and they were constructed, the management was then handed over to selected local real estate agents.
QPS Realty was formed approximately seven years ago as a direct response to our QPS Investment Group owners that were dis-satisfied with the property management service they were being provided.
At first QPS Realty operated only as a property management service to our existing clients. In 2013 a shop front in Beaudesert Town Centre was secured and in January 2014, that office opened to the public as a full real estate office offering property management and sales services not only to our own clients but to new clients also.
As a result of the growth and the different areas that QPS Investment Group offer house and land packages in, our property management portfolio is spread across South East Queensland. We have properties in Beaudesert, Yarrabilba, Ormeau, Beenliegh, Waterford, Edens Landing, Springfield, Deebing Heights, Leichhardt, Brassal, Redbank, Fernvale, Enoggera, Griffin, North Lakes, Mango Hill, Dakabin, Narangba, Burpengary, Morayfield, Caboolture and more.
Because of the vast area we cover, we have more property managers employed than most offices. We have Natalie Brown who covers from Brisbane to Caboolture, Alysha Land who covers, Redbank to Fernvale, Kristie Sibbald and Sarah Dent who cover Beaudesert, Yarrabilba and all suburb South East of Brisbane to the Gold Coast.
We also have Janet Coleman who works in our Enoggera office handling all things financial and Krystal Paulson who is our receptionist in the Beaudesert office.
Due to the fact that we cover a lot of territory out of two offices, we have what is called a task based property management system. This means that different staff members handle different task across the entire portfolio. This may mean that from time to time you are contacted or receive information from different staff members other than your allocated property manager who handles your property inspections.

As you may have already heard, if you receive our QPS Investment Group Newsletter, the Bromelton Freight Terminal has started construction. Haulage company SCT Logistics announced earlier this year it would start building its $30 million inter-modal freight terminal in March with completion set for early 2017. A smaller version of Brisbane’s Southbank is set to be built at the Coomera Town Centre off of Foxwell Road. Located just North of Dreamworld the Coomera Town Centre is a long awaiting $1 Billion project to be built by Westfield. This is exciting news for our investors in the Northern Gold Coast area.

Petrie is set to be home to the Moreton Bay University Precinct.
