I thought I would give you an another progress update on the Bromelton State Development Area.
(The Bromelton SDA )is located within the Scenic Rim Regional Council area, approximately 6 kilometres (km) west of the Beaudesert Township and 75 km south of Brisbane. The SDA has access to the Sydney Brisbane Rail corridor which is being upgraded as we speak and will see the first freight train roll into the precinct in early February 2017!
The area has been chosen for its— location, connectivity to the main cities through a rail corridor, Intrastate and Interstate freight lines.
I have included an aerial photograph taken at the end of November 2016. From the photo below, the site itself does not look much, but when you look at it in scale, it is very impressive. The earthworks site is about 2800 meters long, and the largest of the sheds is about 500 meters long. To put that into perspective, I believe almost all of the Beaudesert commercial  Precinct would fit inside it. "Wow"!
 
As I have said before,this is just the start of what will be a huge development and drive more people to want to purchase an investment and/or reside here themselves. 

Many of you may have also viewed in the news of late that a 6.5 million water pipeline is also under construction. Work has begun on this project and jobs have already been created. The necessity for this is apparent as it will also link to  Bromelton State Development Area.The  pipeline should increase and boost future growth for industry within the region.  This will produce even more growth within the housing sector.Vacancy rates are still less than 1% for our office. Rental returns are now increasing. Other large developments are also underway giving even more of a boost to our region. Therefore why wouldn't there be a further need for housing?

It is still not too late to invest in property in Beaudesert, with interest rates still low and there is an excellent capacity for capital growth. For those that already have property in the area, I am still confident that prices will start to increase.

Current Developement  Update

Bromelton Freight Terminal has been  under construction for some time now. This photo was taken  22 November 2016. You can not put in perspective of the magnitude of the site itself. I remind you of my example above- Beaudesert Commercial Centre may easily fit inside and it would probably take you about 10 mins to walk from one end to the other.
