Message from the Managing Director May 2, 2013

Hi all QPSIG Clients and Friends,

There have been quite a few changes recently with QPSIG, and I am pleased to say that things are looking good, Wendy is now on board, and has added her expertise to the operation, which has resulted in the modernisation of our IT systems and our website, and soon I hope Wendy will be able to do some trips away with me and get to meet some of you.

It has been a while since we have been able to give you any real news on what is happening in S/E Qld, but now it seems that things are at last starting to move ahead.

We have been told by Mirvac and Eureka, that they are ready to start on the Bromelton project, (Beaudesert) and the Beaudesert Race Track upgrade is now complete. Beaudesert Races will be on the national racing circuit and broadcast live on TV. This alone will bring many new jobs to Beaudesert.

Attached are URLs for a few items I have read recently about the areas of S/E Qld that we are targeting for our Investors. Some of it is a little old, but still relevant, but the most interesting for me is the Energex projected population growth chart on page 4 of their article, which clearly supports our research indicating that Beaudesert and Ipswich areas are to be the fastest growing in population during the next 10 – 15 years, and with the new Petrie to Redcliffe Railway now being built, the areas of North of Brisbane that are in that area will expand rapidly.

As Always, I am staying away from NRAS areas and mining towns that are having a very short term boom because of the increase in production of minerals and gas. NRAS, is just a cleverly marketed privatisation of the Housing Commission, and the high prices of property and rents in mining towns and towns associated with mining, are not sustainable over long term.
